GROW Ministry
GROW Ministry is a ministry of Sterling Wood Church that partners with the Houston Sheriff’s Department Homeless Outreach Team (HOT). They are a specialized group of Houston Police officers and mental health case managers who engage in street outreach to the chronically homeless. GROW ministry operates solely on donations and always appreciates volunteers (7th grade and above.)
OUR SCHEDULE
We serve the community three times a week, feeding about 85 or more people each time. We serve hot meals every Tuesday & Sunday at 6 pm. On Thursdays at 1 pm, we distribute sack lunches.

- Can Chicken 6-12.5 cans
- Diced Tomatoes 14 oz can
- Diced Tomatoes w/ chilies large cans
- Corn 6lb can
- Spaghetti noodles 4 lb box
- Velveeta or easy melt cheese 32oz
- Spaghetti sauce (6 lb cans Prego)
- Elbow Macaroni big box
- Mixed Chips 28-50 count
- Rice (2 lb bags)
- Pinto beans (25 lb bags)
- Green Beans 6lb can
- Sliced Potatoes 15oz can
- Cream of chicken soup 10oz can
- Hotdogs
- Bottled water
- Bologna
- Fruit
- Mayo individual packs 200 pack box
- Alfredo Sauce 16oz jar
- Pastries/snacks

Am requesting a prayer for my mother who unfortunately went into a surgery and they nipped one of her organs she will need another surgery to fix the problem and will need to go to a different hospital who specializes in this problem, her name is Maria Torres. Thank you

prayer for men and landlords asst/secretary here stop harrassing and vandalizing my car ! i need a nicer shelter or a an effiency or apt i can get with my social security check and i need to move back to Florida! and i need more money in my bank account and my children 36& 40.and ive met a great guy but hes a traveling musican and i praying for his family and mine to be together as one if God wills

Pray for Bill. He had surgery to do a hip repair, which broke his femur and discovered he has kidney cancer that has metastasized to his leg. Surgery to repair his broke leg went well and he is currently at MD Anderson gettting treated for the cancer. He is friends with Paul and Leslie Hopkins.
